Observed mold/bacterial growth on multiple containers of cherry tomatoes. PIC pulled all of the tomatoes from the aisle to be disposed into the organic waste.

After discussion with the person in charge, it has been determined that the root cause of the violation was training staff on verification, which resulted in the violation.” (Note: As of last week, there is no longer a food safety rep. Discussed training and verification of food condition with staff).
