Addl Inspector Notes: No hot water at handwashing sink located near prep table in back of kitchen. Per person in charge, a work order has been submitted to fix the hot water knob on the faucet. There is hot water at all other sinks/faucets. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection within 10 business days.

Addl Notes: Hot dogs cooling in 3 stacked containers with lids on inside walk-in cooler. The internal temperature of the hot dogs was 49-51*F, and they were prepared roughly an hour prior to inspection per time stamp. The ambient temperature of the walk-in cooler was 38*F. Product was unstacked and lids left ajar to facilitate rapid cooling. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
