Comments/Details

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had three Priority, one Priority Foundation and two Core Violations on this inspection.
Establishment has a mop sink, but no dedicated prep sink and is washing produce (tomatoes) in a cambro, per manager. The three compartment sink drain is directly plumbed to sewer. Discussed changing 3 comp sink drain to a hub drain, installing a dedicated food prep sink or using pre-washed tomatoes. If an alternative mop sink is available, current mop sink could be converted to prep sink with indirect drain and removal of chemical dispenser.
No County legal action will result from this inspection.
