of house (BOH) was empty at time of inspection. Please ensure paper towels or another

Unlabeled spray bottles were stored on splash guard of hand washing sink in fruit/vegetable

prep area. Per person in charge (PIC), spray bottles contained glass cleaner and multiuse

surface cleaner. Please ensure spray bottles or other working containers for toxic chemicals

are labeled with the name of the chemical product. PIC labeled bottles and moved to chemical

storage area to correct during inspection.
