The handle of the food/ice scoop shall not be sitting in contact with the food/ice. Discussed proper storage of scoops with Person in Charge (PIC). PIC moved all four ice scoops for proper storage.

Priority Foundation-4-302.14, Pf: Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices. Observed no chlorine test strips available for sanitizer in use at establishment. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in MG/L (ppm) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Accurate test kit/ device must be available. Discussed importance of monitoring sanitizers concentrations with Person in Charge. Provide proper chlorine test strips prior to Re-Inspection, within 10 days. Per paragraphs 2-102.12(A) and 2-102.20(B) the Person in Charge shall be the Certified Food Protection Manager and per paragraph 2-101.11, a Person in Charge must be present during all hours of operation. Please obtain necessary certificate(s) and maintain at establishment prior to next routine inspection.
