Comments/Details
First inspection for the kitchen with the superintendent and plumbing contractor. The following items were discussed:
1). Ice machine has been added to the laundry room. Note that ice machines that produce ice for human consumption require a hand sink nearby and may not be installed in a room with washer and dryer. If the ice is for human consumption you will need to move the ice machine into the kitchen or label the ice machine with a notice that " Ice is not for human consumption".
2). Separate water feed was installed at the mop sink.
3). Storage room 134 will not have a concrete floor and will be finished out with a VCT floor.
4). Floor sinks are in place and with a tile floor the edges of the tile to the floor sink will be finished out with a beveled bead of grout.
5). The serving line hot wells will be hand filled.
6). Kitchen will be tiled with a coved base tile.
No County legal action will result from this inspection.
E-mailed to superintendent.
Inspection rights included.
