Comments/Details
Walk through of the High School Kitchen with the superintendent. The following items were discussed:
`1). Scrim wrap is in, in the mop closet.
2). Mop sinks will be caulked in at the floor and wall junctures.
3). Floors sinks that are recessed will be grouted beveled in so the edges are cleanable.
4). Escutcheon plates will be provided at al waste and water lines including the condensate drain of the walk-in.
6).Where open FRP trims will be siliconed at the tile base tile junctures.
7). Ice machine in laundry room will have a sign. Not for human consumption.
8). Laundry room and mop room will receive coved base throughout.
9). All plumbing fixtures will be caulked in. If the gap between the wall and the three compartment sink is too wide then flash the gap with some stainless steel.
10). Along the back wall at the ice machine, please raise the grout at the juncture of the base tile and the floor tile.
At time of final inspection, hot and cold water are required and all equipment will need to be in place and refrigeration equipment needs to be n and holding temperature.
No County legal action will result from this inspection.
