Onsite visit at Stradabella Custom Mobile Kitchens and walk through conducted for the Fixed establishment trailer that will be placed at The Corral at White Tank Ranch.
All notes made on the previous inspection have been corrected. Only question remaining is the water heater evaluation to see if it will produce enough hot water to support the operation. If not an additional water heater will need to be installed outside the unit.
1). Spec sheets for the water heater will be provided defining the flow and temperature rise specifications.
No County legal action will result from this inspection.
