Comments/Details

New owner inspection walk through with the regional manager. The following items were identified for follow up:
1). Caulk mop sink at the floor junctures.
2). Install missing and remount existing clean out cover.
3). Remove old caulk and re-caulk three compartment sink.
4). In the restroom, clean floor also along all juncture and top of the base tile.
5). Please clean electric conduit in the walk-in.
6). Caulk all base tile at the top wall juncture in the walk-in unit.
7). Install corner guard along corner under the hood.
8). Clean light shield and install new bulbs in the hood.
9). Replace light in jelly jar at the door and provide brighter light.
10). Clean besides and behind the safe.
11). Provide a storage rack for the marinara sauce, remove bottle racks and clean the floor.
12). Repair tile work at the side of the hand wash sink in the fronnt.
13). Clean dust buildup around the AC unit over the prep table.
14). Check front bottle cooler and clean the coil.
15). Remove rusty chemical bottle rack under the three compartment sink.
16). Raise the drain line of the AC out of the floor sink at the three compartment sink. Keep sink clean.
17). Repair tortilla tub trays.

Noted that most of the cross bars are missing in the prep table. It seems to be holding up.

Per MCEHC Chapter I, Regs 4 & 5, no person shall conduct an operation or operate an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so. No operating permit is valid, until the permit fee is received by the Department. It is also the responsibility of the permit holder/owner to notify MCESD if there are contact/ billing address changes.
